The apartment has double glazing and full gas central heating. Prices include electricity and heating. No pets please. For the comfort of all guests, we ask that you don't smoke in the apartment..

There is parking for two cars. Fitz Park, a children's park, is nearby. Supermarket - 5 minutes walk. Town centre with Pubs and restaurants, 15 minutes walk.
